Judge of the Central district court in Minsk
In her position as judge of the Central district court in Minsk, she is responsible for numerous politically motivated rulings against journalists, opposition leaders, activists and protesters, in particular the sentencing of Sergei Dylevsky – Coordination Council member and leader of a strike committee. Violations of rights of defence were reported during trials conducted under her supervision. She is therefore responsible for human rights violations and undermining the rule of law, as well as for contributing to the repression of civil society and democratic opposition.
En sa qualité de juge du tribunal du district central de Minsk, elle est responsable de plusieurs décisions à motivation politique prononcées contre des journalistes, des responsables de l'opposition, des militants et des protestataires, et en particulier de la condamnation de Sergei Dylevsky, membre du Conseil de coordination et responsable d'un comité de grève. Des violations des droits de la défense ont été signalées lors de procès menés sous sa supervision. Elle est donc responsable de violations des droits de l'homme et d'atteintes à l'état de droit ainsi que d'avoir contribué à la répression de la société civile et de l'opposition démocratique.
