The Evgeny Primakov Children’s Aid Foundation under his management has been involved in running two centers located near Moscow, where children from Donbas are accommodated and schooled. His actions infringe Ukraine’s law and administrative order, and violate the rights of Ukrainian children.

Leonid Romanov is a director general of the Evgeny Primakov Children’s Aid Foundation, which implements the project “Children of Donbas”, under which Ukrainian children from Donbas are being relocated to the territory of the illegally annexed Crimea and Russia. One of the goals of the “Children of Donbas” project is to integrate children from the Donbas region of Ukraine into life in Russia.

Il a participé à la déportation illégale d’enfants ukrainiens du Donbass vers un camp de Yevpatoria, en Crimée illégalement annexée. La fondation pour l’aide à l’enfance Evgeny Primakov, placée sous sa direction, a assuré la gestion de deux centres situés à proximité de Moscou, où des enfants du Donbass sont hébergés et scolarisés. Par conséquent, Leonid Romanov est responsable de soutenir et de mettre en œuvre des actions et des politiques qui compromettent et menacent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine.
