Elfateh Abdullah Idris Adam is a Brigadier General and Commander of the RSF. He has been identified as a key perpetrator of the atrocities committed by the RSF in El Fasher in October 2025. Dans d'autres vidéos, on le voit procéder à des exécutions ethniques ciblées. Des images le montrent tirer sur des hommes non armés et prendre la pose parmi les corps pour montrer ses victimes. Les événements d'El Fasher auraient entraîné le déplacement de 70 000 personnes depuis le 26 octobre 2025, des civils restant piégés ou portés disparus, ou détenus par les Forces d'appui rapide à l'intérieur de la ville.
