Those “elections” were in breach of Ukrainian law and therefore illegal. Former “Head” of the so-called “Federation of Trade Unions”. Member of the so-called “People’s Council” of the “Luhansk People’s Republic”. Current Chairman of the Board of the Interregional Public Organisation “Union of Luhansk Communities”, representative of the Integration Committee “Russia-Donbas”.

Supports actively actions or policies undermining the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

Représentant de l’”Union économique de Louhansk” au sein du “Conseil national” de la “République populaire de Louhansk”. A participé aux prétendues “élections” du 2 novembre 2014, en tant que candidat au poste de soi-disant “chef” de la “République populaire de Louhansk”. Ces “élections” ont violé la loi ukrainienne et sont par conséquent illégales. Ancien “chef” de la soi-disant “Fédération des syndicats”. Membre du soi-disant “Conseil populaire” de la “République populaire de Louhansk”. Actuel président du conseil d’administration de l’organisation publique interrégionale “Union des communautés de Louhansk”, représentant du comité d’intégration “Russie-Donbass”. En assumant cette fonction, en agissant en cette qualité et en participant officiellement en tant que candidat aux “élections” illégales, il a par conséquent activement soutenu des actions et des politiques qui compromettent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine, et il a déstabilisé davantage l’Ukraine. Président du conseil de l’Union des compatriotes de la région de Louhansk. Soutient activement des actions et des politiques qui compromettent l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine.
