Division General since 5 Jul 2019 and former Attorney General of the Military Prosecutor’s Office (Dec 2017 - 17 Sep 2021). As Attorney General of the Military Prosecutor’s Office, responsible for undermining democracy and the rule of law in Venezuela. The Military Prosecutor’s Office has been linked to internal judicial prosecution in the Armed Forces, and failures to investigate incidents, including the case of the death of Captain Acosta in 2019. Moreover, military justice is being applied to civilians.

En tant que procureur général du bureau du procureur militaire, il est responsable d’atteintes à la démocratie et à l’État de droit au Venezuela. Le bureau du procureur militaire a été lié à des poursuites judiciaires menées au sein des forces armées ainsi qu’au refus d’enquêter sur des incidents, notamment l’affaire de la mort du capitaine Acosta en 2019. La justice militaire est en outre appliquée à des civils.
