Former so-called Commander in Chief of the People’s Militia of the “Luhansk People’s Republic”.

Former Commander of the 8th Army of the Russian Armed Force. Former Chief of Staff and former First Deputy Commander of the Russian Southern Military District. He is the Commander of that District since Jan 2023.

In taking on and acting in this capacity, he has therefore actively supported actions and policies which undermine the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, and further destabilised Ukraine.

Colonel General Sergei Kuzovlev is the Commander of the Southern Military District of the Russian Federation since 23 Jan 2023. Under his command and control, the Russian Armed Forces, including troops of the Southern Military District, are engaged in fighting in Ukraine.

In taking on and acting in this capacity, Colonel General Sergei Kuzovlev is responsible for supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

Le colonel général Sergei Kuzovlev est le commandant du district militaire méridional de la Fédération de Russie depuis le 23 janvier 2023. Ancien commandant de la 8e armée au sein des forces armées russes. Ancien chef d’état-major et ancien premier commandant adjoint du district militaire méridional russe. Il est commandant de ce district, et ce depuis janvier 2023.
