Swiss SECO Sanctions/Embargoes,

In his position as Commander of the Special Rapid Response Unit (SOBR) of the Ministry of internal Affairs, he is responsible for the repression and intimidation campaign led by SOBR forces in the wake of the 2020 presidential election, in particular arbitrary arrests and ill treatment, including torture, of peaceful demonstrators.

Dans ses anciennes fonctions de commandant de l’unité spéciale de réaction rapide (SOBR) du ministère de l’intérieur, il a été responsable de la campagne de répression et d’intimidation menée par les forces de la SOBR à la suite de l’élection présidentielle de 2020, en particulier d’arrestations arbitraires et de mauvais traitements, y compris la torture, de manifestants pacifiques. Il continue de jouer un rôle actif dans le régime de Loukachenka en tant que chef adjoint des forces internes.
