(“PTE”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company located in Singapore and Ameron Malaysia Sdn. BHn. (“AM”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of PTE located in Malaysia, reported combined direct sales from current operations of $342,826.76, and no indirect sales, into Iran during the 2009 Comment Letter Period.
