According to Paragraph 135 (p .73) of the UN Panel of Experts September 2022 report, this company was deregistered by Cambodia in December 2019. The statement makes a reference to Annex 38 (p. 172) of the March 2020 report. However, this company is not listed among those, which have been de-registered by Cambodia in December 2019, and the Panel does not indicate any name changes since then. In Annex 58 (p. 300) of the September 2022 report, the Panel shows how Keochakrey Trading used the address of the previously de-registered Sunrise Horizon Co. Ltd. (which is mentioned among the companies in Annex 38 of the March 2020 report). Paragraph 135 states "A dissolved company’s information was used by the entity, with relevant parts of the address and the country replaced (see annex 58). Cambodia informed the Panel that both entities were deregistered in February 2022".
