[EU-MARE] EU Designated Vessels (Council Regulation 833/2014) JSONVessels designated under Annex XLII of Council Regulation (EU) 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine. These vessels are subject to port access bans and maritime service restrictions for activities including transporting military goods to Russia, carrying Russian oil with irregular shipping practices, supporting Russia's energy sector, or transporting stolen Ukrainian grain. The designation triggers prohibitions on providing port access, technical assistance, financing, insurance, bunkering, and other maritime services to listed vessels throughout the EU.
