US DDTC Statutory Debarment List JSONThe US Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) maintains the Statutory Debarment List pursuant to Section 38(g)(4) of the Arms Export Control Act (AECA) and Section 127.7 of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Persons listed have been convicted of violating or conspiracy to violate the AECA, resulting in automatic statutory debarment that prohibits them from participating directly or indirectly in the export of defense articles, technical data, and defense services.
