Vessel:description | In May 2021, a UN Member State impounded the vessel "Kingsway" (IMO: 9191773) while it disguised itself as the "Shun Fa" (aka Apex) with IMO "8528864". According to the UN Panel of Experts September 2021 report (p. 16-17), photographic comparison shows that the hulls of the "Apex" and its former alias "Zhe Sheng 26" are different, indicating identity fraud.
