Additionally, it is controlled by the Atomic Energy Organisation of Iran and provides support, such as material, logistical or financial support, to the Government of Iran. Therefore, FATSA is engaged in and providing support for Iran's proliferation-sensitive nuclear activities. Furthermore, it provides support to the Government of Iran.

Uranium Processing Nuclear Fuel Production Company of Iran (société iranienne de traitement de l’uranium et de production de combustible nucléaire) (FATSA) est active dans les secteurs de la conversion de l’uranium et des éléments connexes, de la gestion et de la supervision de la construction, de la mise en service, de l’exploitation et du déclassement d’installations et d’usines de conversion d’uranium, de la production d’assemblage de combustible et des industries connexes et effectue toutes les transactions nationales et étrangères pertinentes dans ce domaine, ainsi que l’importation ou l’exportation de matériaux d’assemblage de combustibles transformés et de produits industriels. Par conséquent, elle participe, est directement associée ou apporte un appui aux activités nucléaires iraniennes posant un risque de prolifération. De plus, elle est contrôlée par l’Organisation iranienne de l’énergie atomique et fournit un appui, notamment matériel, logistique ou financier, au gouvernement iranien. Par conséquent, FATSA participe et apporte un appui aux activités nucléaires iraniennes posant un risque de prolifération. En outre, elle fournit un appui au gouvernement iranien.
