"When informed of the fraud, the International Maritime Organization cancelled the IMO number and merged the false identity with that of the Xin Sheng Hai." · Tanker ship involved in deliveries of refined petroleum or related products to the DPRK. Departure suspended for carrying DPRK-origin coal in January 2018. Shell identity of the formerly known "Xin Sheng Hai" (IMO: 9485617) since 2018. The vessel was provided with new documentation, ships' books for classification and inspection purposes, and a new IMO number.				[sources]

In Annex 18 (p. 100) of the UN Panel of Experts August 2019 report, a photograph shows the Korean name of "Talent Ace". The font is not clearly legible but possibly "탤린트 에이스". In Annex 28 (p. 189) of the UN Panel of Experts March 2019 report, the vessel is identified to have taken on a new identity in 2018 as the "Talent Ace" (IMO: 8793873) with the name painted over previous identification of the vessel hull. "When informed of the fraud, the International Maritime Organization cancelled the IMO number and merged the false identity with that of the Xin Sheng Hai."
