The UN Panel of Experts report includes this vessel in Table 2 among vessels acquired by the DPRK in 2022 (pp. 34; 196) while further information indicates a transfer to the DPRK fleet in April 2023 (p. 206). Information on Equasis corroborates the data of the name change to "Tae Ryong 3" and ownership transfer in April 2023.
