In Table 5 (p. 54) of the UN Panel of Experts September 2022 report, the UN Panel of Experts claims that the Mu Pho has not been previously references in Panel reports. However, Annex XXXI (p. 112) in the March 2014 report mentions a vessel that has carried the name "Jin Song" (no IMO) and is owned by Korea Jinsong Shipping Company. According to Equasis, the name and owner at the respective time match with the IMO 8651178.
