Paragraph 44 on p. 19 of the UN Panel of Experts March 2024 Report mentions a reply by the Interamericana University regarding the cancellation of its friendship agreement with the Pyongyang University of Mechanical Engineering. However, the associated Annex 27 (p. 133-140) only shows the original friendship agreement, not any reply or confirmation of cancellation.
