The impersonator has NO connection with, and is not to be confused with, the genuine Access Broker.com, Inc., which had the following mailing address: 3400 Waterview Parkway, Suite 101, Richardson, TX 75080. The genuine entity had its registration with the SEC terminated on January 26, 2002 and is defunct.
