The vessel has made port calls at ports in the temporarily occupied territory (TOT) of Crimea, Ukraine, with its Automatic Identification System (AIS) disabled. In particular, on 13 March 2024, it entered Sevastopol Bay with AIS disabled to conceal its entry into the closed port in the TOT of Crimea, Ukraine. To evade sanctions, the vessel’s AIS has remained switched off since 13 October 2023. In July 2012, the vessel was arrested by Georgia for calling at the russian-occupied port of Sukhumi (Abkhazia).
