For every rouble spent on A7A5, an equivalent sum is deposited into PSB Bank, thereby increasing the State-owned institution’s capital. A7A5 was co-created by PSB Bank and a company which it partially owns, namely LLC A7. That project was partially financed by VEB.RF, a major financial development institution whose Chairman is directly appointed by the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, and takes instructions directly from him. Therefore, LLC Old Vector is supporting and benefitting from the Government of the Russian Federation, which is responsible for the annexation of Crimea and the destabilisation of Ukraine.
