Senator of the 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th term Senate. Born on 12 October 1964 in Kielce. He graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Kielce University of Technology. In 2003, he completed post-graduate studies in social welfare organisation at the Faculty of Administration and Humanities of Higher School of Economics in Kielce. and in 2019, the EMBA post-graduate studies at the Warsaw Management University. In 1991-2007, he worked as the Head of a Residential Care Home in Kielce. From 2007 to 2011, he held the post of the Director of the Świętokrzyskie Branch of the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled People in Kielce. Between 1998 and 2010, he was a Councillor of the Kielce City Council, serving as its Deputy Chair (2002-2006) and Chair (2006-2010). In 2010-2011, he served as a member of the Świętokrzyskie Regional Assembly. In the 8th, 9th and 10th term Senate, he served as the Deputy Chair of the Rules, Ethics and Senatorial Affairs Committee. He is the President of the Świętokrzyskie “Niepełnosprawni Plus” association for people with disabilities and a member of the Świętokrzyskie Assembly of People with Disabilities and Patients. Married, with four children. Member of the Law and Justice party, sits on the Political Council and the Świętokrzyskie Regional Board of that party.
