Luna al-Shibl previously worked for Al Jazeera. She is a former media advisor to Syrian President Bashar al-Assad (2011-2017). She was married to the Lebanese journalist of French origin Sami Klaib. After they separated, she married the National Union of Syrian Students President Ammar Saati. She was part of the delegation representing the Syrian regime at the Geneva II Conference. The US sanctioned her on 08/20/2020.
إعلامية سورية. عملت سابقاً في قناة الجزيرة الفضائية. وهي مستشارة إعلامية سابقة لرئيس سوريا بشار الأسد (2011-2017)، كانت متزوجة من الإعلامي اللبناني الأصل الفرنسي الجنسية سامي كليب. بعد انفصالها منه تزوجت من رئيس الاتحاد الوطني لطلبة سوريا عمار ساعاتي. ظهرت كعضو الوفد الممثل للنظام السوري المشارك في مؤتمر جنيف-2. فرضت عليها العقوبات الأمريكية في 20/08/2020. شملته العقوبات البريطانيه في 16/10/2012
