Descriptions

Member of the Eleventh Term Senate. Born on 12 July 1964 in Czyżew. She graduated in Russian philology at the University of Warsaw in 1991, in 1995 she completed postgraduate studies in Polish philology and higher vocational studies in Polish philology with a specialisation in teaching. In the years 1983–1996 she worked as a teacher at the Primary School in Siennica Lipusy, from 1993 to 1996 she held the post of headmaster of this institution. From 1996 to 2006, she was headmaster of the General and Vocational School Complex (Zespół Szkół Ogólnokształcących i Zawodowych) in Czyżew. From 2006 to 2010, she was Head of the Czyżew-Osada municipality, and from 2011 to 2023 – Mayor of Czyżew. She was a member of the Audit Committee of the Union of Rural Municipalities of the Republic of Poland, and chaired the Audit Committee of the Union of Rural Municipalities of Podlaskie Voivodeship. She served as vice-chairperson of the County Labour Market Council in Wysokie Mazowieckie. She was a member of the boards of the Local Action Group “Brama na Podlasie” (“Gate to Podlasie”) and the Social Council of the General Hospital in Wysokie Mazowieckie. She represented the Czyżew municipality in the Łomża Local Government Forum. She has been honoured with, among others: Gold Cross of Merit, Gold Medal “For Merit to the Fire-Fighting” (“Za Zasługi dla Pożarnictwa”), Silver Medal “Merit in Fire Protection” (“Zasłużony dla Ochrony Przeciwpożarowej”), Saint Florian’s Cross “For Merit to the Local Community”, Gold Badge of Honour for Merit to the Association of Siberian Deportees. Member of the Law and Justice.
