Member of the Eleventh Term Senate. Born on 8 October 1977 in Kędzierzyn-Koźle. He graduated from the Częstochowa University of Technology (with a specialisation in business management). In 2005, he completed doctoral studies in agronomy at the Faculty of Agriculture of the Agricultural Academy in Wrocław. In 2008, he obtained his doctoral degree in economic sciences. He is certified as a lead auditor and has an international qualification in information security management. From 2001 to 2014 and 2018 to 2023 he was a consultant and author of several quality management systems for universities, lead auditor and technical industry expert. From 2011 to 2015, he served as director of the business environment unit at the Regional Centre for Knowledge Transfer and Innovative Technologies at the State Higher Vocational School in Nysa. Since 2011 he has been working as an academic teacher at the Faculty of Technical Sciences of the State Academy of Applied Sciences in Nysa. From 2010 to 2023, he held a mandate as a councillor of the Nysa County Council. From 2014 to 2018 he was deputy head of the Nysa County. He is a laureate of the Polish Quality Award in the category of Outstanding Management Systems Representative. He was a member of the New Left until April 23, 2025.
