Member of the Eleventh Term Senate. Born on 30 January 1980 in Przasnysz. In 2004, he graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Management at the Koszalin University of Technology. He completed postgraduate studies in information technology, education management and health service management, as well as doctoral studies in research methodology in economic sciences at the Academy of Finance in Warsaw. From 2004 to 2016, he worked as a teacher and school educator at the KEN High School in Przasnysz. From 2016 to 2018, he managed the Regional Branch of the Mazovian Voivodeship Office in Ciechanów. In 1998, at the age of 18, he stood as a candidate for mayor of Przasnysz in the elections organised by the Town Council. From 2006 to 2023, he served as a councillor of the Przasnysz County Council, from 2006 to 2010 he served as its chairman, and from 2010 to 2014 as its vice-chairman. From 2018 to 2023 he was the starost of the county of Przasnysz. He was awarded, among others: Bronze Cross of Merit, Silver Medal “Merit for the Fire-Fighting” (“Za Zasługi dla Pożarnictwa”), Bronze Medal “Merit in Fire Protection” (“Zasłużony dla Ochrony Przeciwpożarowej”), Fourth Degree Badge of Honour of the Polish Red Cross and the badge entitled “Heart of the Legion”. Member of the Law and Justice.
