Senator of the 9th, 10th and 11th term Senate. Deputy Marshal of the 9th term Senate (from 26 June 2019) Deputy Marshal of the 10th term Senate (since 13 May 2020) Born on 8 August 1975 in Rzeszów. In 2001, he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, and in 2006, he completed post-graduate studies in European Union law at the same university. In 2002-2004, he was an assistant to attorneys-at-law in management boards of the following companies: Vega in Kraków (2002), Biprokom Kraków (2002-2003), and the Kraków Development Office (2003-2004). From 2004 to 2009, he was a legal assistant to Polish Members of the European Parliament. From 2010 to 2014, he ran Doradztwo Prawne Marek Pęk, a legal assistance enterprise, and from 2009 to 2015, he cooperated with a notarial firm managed by his wife in Kraków. In the 9th term Senate, he was the Deputy Chair of the Foreign Affairs and European Union Committee and the Secretary of the Senate, and from 2019, the Deputy Marshal. He also served as the Deputy Marshal in the 10th term Senate. Member of the Law and Justice party. Chair of the County Board of that party in Kraków.
