Senator of the 7 th, 8 th, 9 th and 10 th term Senate Deputy Marshal of the 9 th term Senate (from 12.11.2015 to 20.04.2017) He was born on 14 October 1964 in Kraśnik. In 1990, he graduated from the Medical University of Lublin, and in 1999 completed post-graduate studies in management and marketing at the Polish Foundation of Centres for Economic Development Support ‘OIC Poland’ ran by the Lublin University of Technology in cooperation with the University of Illinois. In 1999, he obtained a PhD in Medical Science. In 1992, he founded a medical publishing house Wydawnictwo Czelej in Lublin. In 1999-2008, he served as the Chairman of the Management Board of this publishing house. Between 2006 and 2007 he was a member of the Lublin City Council. In the 7 th term Senate, he was the Deputy Chairman of the Budget and Public Finance Committee. In the 8 th term Senate, he chaired the Culture and Media Committee. He was presented many prestigious awards in the field of management: by Forbes Polska, Gazele Biznesu, Gazeta Prawna, and others. Member of the Law and Justice party.
