Senator of the 10th and 11th term Senate. Born on 15 November 1958 in Hantsavichy, Belarus. In 2010, he graduated from the Faculty of Precision Mechanics of the Warsaw University of Technology. Between 1985 and 1987, he worked as a design engineer in the Mera-Lumel Electrical Metrology Research and Development Centre in Zielona Góra. In 1986-2002, he was the owner of the “VADIM” Computer Centre. From 2002 to 2019, he was the Mayor of Nowa Sól. In the 10th term Senate, he served as the Deputy Chair of the Local Self-Government and State Administration Committee. He was the Chair of the Association of Presidents, Mayors and Village Heads of the Lubuskie Region and of the All-Poland Alliance of Local Self-Government Organisations. He is a board member of the Association of Polish Cities. He was decorated with, among others, the Gold Cross of Merit and the “Meritorious Service to the Lubuskie Region” Honorary Badge. He has no political party affiliation.
