Viktor Viktorovich FILONOV

Viktor Filonov, while serving in the 234th Guards Air Assault Regiment of the 76th Guards Air Assault Division, was involved in Russia’s war crimes against civilians in Bucha and Borodianka, Kyiv Oblast, in February to March 2022. He has adopted a child from the Russian-occupied Donetsk Oblast of eastern Ukraine who was illegally deported to Russia. Therefore, Viktor Filonov is supporting actions or policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, or stability and security in Ukraine.
