According to an Iranian newspaper, KBR’s U.K. subsidiary has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Iranian firm, Pardis Petrochemical Company (“PPC”) to “provide technology and services at [PPC’s] ammonia and urea complex” in Assaluyeh, the southern port city.
