Considering another romanization style used for Chinese vessels in the sources, an alternate romanization for this vessel might be "Xin Jin Yue". The UN Panel of Experts March 2021 report displays the "Xinjinyue" with the IMO 456789900, which rather fits the format of an MMSI and appears to be deceptive numbering (p. 223).
