It is the managing company of Horizont Holding. Horizont Holding is one of the largest and most dynamically developing diversified holdings in the Republic of Belarus, covering a wide range of business areas. Horizont Holding’s activities are being implemented with the instructions of Aliaksandr Lukashenka. ICT Horizont, part of Horizont Holding, is one of the leaders in the development and production of special electronics in the Republic of Belarus. The company develops and produces special and dual-use goods, for example video-viewing devices for armoured vehicles. ICT Horizont collaborates with the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus in creating and modernising models of range equipment in accordance with the requirements for the training of formations and military units of the Armed Forces. In addition, ICT Horizont takes part in the Union State (Russia and Belarus) scientific-technical programme “Intelavto”. The programme was approved by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.
