Person:notesGalina Khulapova est juge au tribunal du district Kievskiy de la ville de Simferopol, en Crimée. Elle a été nommée par le président de la Fédération de Russie, Vladimir Poutine. Elle a systématiquement poursuivi des citoyens ukrainiens pour des raisons politiques, en abusant de la législation antiextrémiste et antiterroriste. Galina Khulapova a infligé des amendes au journaliste Rolan Osmanov pour ses activités professionnelles, ainsi qu’à des personnes participant à des rassemblements spontanés de Tatars de Crimée protestant contre la répression exercée par les services de sécurité russes. Les personnes arrêtées et condamnées par Mme Khulapova ont été reconnues comme prisonniers politiques à plusieurs reprises. She systematically prosecutes Ukrainian citizens for political reasons, abusing antiextremism and anti-terrorism legislation. She has repeatedly arrested Crimean Tatars on charges of belonging to organisations banned in Russia that are not banned in Ukraine. Khulapova fined journalist Rolan Osmanov for his professional activities, as well as participants in spontaneous gatherings of Crimean Tatars protesting repression by Russian security services. Those whom she arrested and sentenced were repeatedly recognised as political prisoners.
