As financial director of Dimicandum, Svirydau signed documents confirming this deal, facilitating the undermining of the provisions set out in Council Regulation (EC) No 765/2006. It follows that by making funds or economic resources available, directly or indirectly, to or for the benefit of OJSC Belaruskali, Andrei Svirydau has significantly frustrated the prohibition against circumvention of Art. 2(2) of Council Regulation (EC) No 765/2006.
