NNK serait également liée à Aliakseï Aleksine, un autre homme d'affaires biélorusse en vue qui tire profit du régime de Loukachenka. Selon les médias, Aleksine a été fondateur de NNK aux côtés de Varabeï. NNK a également été utilisée par les autorités biélorusses pour adapter l'économie biélorusse aux mesures restrictives instaurées par l'Union. It is the only private company entitled to export oil products from Belarus - an indication of close links to the authorities and the highest level of state privileges. NNK is owned by Interservice, a company belonging to Mikalai Varabei who is one of the leading businessmen benefitting from and supporting the Lukashenka regime. NNK is also reported to be connected to Aliaksei Aleksin, another prominent Belarusian businessman who benefits from the Lukashenka regime. According to media reports, Aleskin was the founder of NNK alongside Varabei. NNK was also used by the Belarusian authorities to adapt the Belarusian economy to restrictive measures introduced by the Union.
