Organization:notes | L’Alliance Fleuve Congo (AFC) est un mouvement politico-militaire opérant dans l’est de la RDC et ouvertement associé à plusieurs groupes armés non gouvernementaux, dont le Mouvement du 23 mars/Armée révolutionnaire congolaise (M23/ARC). Plusieurs groupes armés non gouvernementaux, dont le M23/ARC, ont entretenu le conflit armé, l’instabilité et l’insécurité en RDC, avec le soutien de l’AFC. En appelant publiquement et très souvent au renversement militaire et violent du gouvernement congolais, l’AFC incite également à la violence. L’AFC est donc responsable du maintien du conflit armé, de l’instabilité et de l’insécurité en RDC.
