Person:notes | Evgeniy Baikin is a Director of JSC Globus, a specialised enterprise engaged in development, production and implementation of automated systems for the maintenance and control of weapons and military equipment. The enterprise is engaged in the development and manufacture of complexes, designed to prepare for combat use, and to monitor the technical condition of, airborne guided weapons, missile air and naval defence systems. Globus is part of the Russian state-owned Open Joint Stock Company Tactical Missile Armament Corporation, which belongs to the Federal Agency for State Property Management. Globus develops and produces: Oka and Oka-E-1 complexes, designed to prepare for combat use, and to monitor the technical condition of, airborne guided weapons; automated control and test stations (ACIS) for monitoring the technical condition of Buk-M1, Buk-M2 and Buk-M1-2 air defence systems, Kashmir, Shtil and Shtil-1 naval air defence systems; and ACIS monitoring the technical condition of the S-300V, S-300VM air defence systems and automated systems monitoring the technical condition of the 3M-24 products and their modifications of the Uran-E complex and other military products. Those products are used by Russia in the war against Ukraine. Therefore, Evgeniy Baikin, in his capacity as the General Director of JSC Globus, is supporting actions and policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.
