Vessel:notesIn Figure 39a-5 (p. 198) of the UN Panel of Experts March 2022 report, this vessel is misspelled as "Kum Gin Gang 3". In Annex 6 (p. 90) of the UN Panel of Experts March 2019 report, the Panel erroneously assigns the IMO 8688717 to the "Wan Heng 11". The vessel with the IMO 8688717 formerly used the name "Wan Heng 6" and does not occur in any Panel report aside from this error. Furthermore, Figure 31-6 (p. 165) of the UN Panel of the September 2023 shows a discrepancy between a satellite image description and the information shown in the image. The text refers to a ship-to-ship transfer of the "Kum Jin Gang" (supposedly IMO: 9364899) in September 2021, while the image specifies the vessel as the "Kum Jin Gang 3" (IMO: 8791667). For reference, the "Kum Jin Gang 3" (IMO: 8791667) already occurs in the new report in relation to refined petroleum shipments. On the other hand, the "Kum Jin Gang" (IMO: 9364899) last appeared in the September 2021 report (pp. 33; 34; 182; 192).kp_rusi_reportskprusi-ff5f37bc6b1e59ab68de53c833b059c59c982a68
