Organization:notes | Horizont Holding is a Belarusian holding company. Horizont Holding is one of the largest and most dynamically developing diversified holdings in the Republic of Belarus, covering a wide range of business areas. It has been described as one of the flagships of Minsk industry. Horizont Holding’s projects are being implemented with the instructions of Aliaksandr Lukashenka. ICT Horizont is a part of Horizont Holding. ICT Horizont is one of the leaders in the development and production of special electronics in the Republic of Belarus. The company develops and produces special and dual-use goods, for example video-viewing devices for armoured vehicles. ICT Horizont collaborates with the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus in creating and modernising models of range equipment in accordance with the requirements for the training of formations and military units of the Armed Forces. In addition, ICT Horizont takes part in the Union State (Russia and Belarus) scientific-technical programme “Intelavto”, which is aimed at creating high-tech digital and electronic components and systems for special and dual-use transport vehicles. The programme was approved by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus. Therefore, Horizont Holding is supporting the Lukashenka regime.
