Kennedy School of Government, de Liderazgo en la Gestión Pública en IESE Business School, sobre Contratación Pública en el Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF) y sobre asuntos internacionales y seguridad en la Sociedad de Estudios Internacionales (SEI). También ha realizado distintos cursos presenciales sobre Dirección de Operaciones en el China-Europe International Business School de Shanghai (CEIBS), sobre Dirección Comercial en ISE Business School de São Paulo y sobre Finanzas e Inversiones en Campus IESE de Nueva York. Durante 7 años ha desempeñado cargos de Director General en la Comunidad de Madrid: Director General de Inversiones y Desarrollo Local (dirigiendo el programa PIR / PRISMA de 1.000 millones en los municipios), Director General de Infraestructuras Sanitarias (liderando la modernización de todos los hospitales públicos y la construcción del Hospital Isabel Zendal, el Hospital IFEMA y la adquisición de respiradores durante la pandemia del COVID-19). Anteriormente, ha sido Director en la Agencia de Vivienda Social (IVIMA), donde desarrolló la dirección Económico-Financiera, de Administración Inmobiliaria y de Promoción y Obras. Trabajó en el Gabinete de la Presidenta de la Comunidad de Madrid, en el Senado de España y como Consejero Técnico del Ayuntamiento de Madrid. Como emprendedor, fundó su propia start-up de consultoría tecnológica tras haber obtenido las necesarias certificaciones.
