Vessel:notes | In Annex XXXI (p. 112) of the UN Panel of Experts March 2014 report, Footnote 31 claims the "Victoria 2" (IMO: 8312227) was renamed from "Buyon". However, neither any other Panel report nor Equasis lists this alias. Instead, this vessel used the name "Bu Yon 2/Buyon 2" before. In Annex 61 (p. 309) of the UN Panel of Experts March 2022 report, this vessel is misspelled as "RYONG HWA 3".
