He is a graduate of the Upper Secondary School and Building Schools Complex in Jarosław. He attended a first level music school in Jarosław and a second level music school in Rzeszów (percussion class). In the years 1983-1989, he performed with various musical bands in the Podkarpacie region. From 1990 until 1993, he was the manager of the SARL BEST company in France. In the years 1991-1993, he played in the Union Musicale Lilasienne – Mairie Des Lilas orchestra in France. In 1987, he received an agricultural farm from his parents. In 1994, he founded Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjno-Handlowo-Usługowe FABRYKA DOMÓW ‘GOLBALUX’ (Production, trade and services company HOUSE CONSTRUCTION ‘GOLBALUX’). In the years 1998-2005, he was a Councillor of Wiązownica Municipality Council. From 1998 until 1999 he was the Deputy Voit of Wiązownica. In the 6 th term Sejm, he was the Deputy Chairman of the Innovation and New Technologies Committee. He is a dynamic sports activist. He was the Chairman of Klub Sportowy LKS ‘Golbalux’ Wiązownica (1997-2005), a sport club, and of the Football Subdistrict in Jarosław (2000-2004). Since 2004, he has been the Chair of the District Football Association in Jarosław. Since 2000, he has been the Vice-Chair of the Podkarpackie Football Association in Rzeszów. In 2016, he was elected Chair of the Podkarpackie Football Association in Rzeszów. He is a member of the Polish Football Association Board and a Delegate of the Podkarpackie Football Association to the assemblies of the Polish Football Association (since 2005).
