Person:notesYury Nazarau is the Head of the Belarus President Property Management Directorate. The Belarus President Property Management Directorate (PPMD) is a Belarusian government body subordinated directly to Aliaksandr Lukashenka. The Directorate started as a small unit managing inventory, logistics and welfare for government agencies, and has since evolved into the largest operator of non-residential real estate and of lotteries in Belarus. It thereby generates revenue for the regime. As Head of the Belarus President Property Management Directorate, Yury Nazarau supports the Lukashenka regime.
