He is an entrepreneur and owner of an agricultural holding. In the years 1998-2002, he was a Councillor of the Bydgoszcz City Council, and between 2006 and 2011 – of the Sejmik of Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship. Member of the Bractwo Kurkowe rifle association and the ‘Via Natura’ Association in Tuchola.
