In Annex 17-1 (p. 325) of the UN Panel of Experts February 2017 report, the Panel recommends the Mansudae Overseas Project Group of Companies for designation. The designation "includes all Mansudae operations and subsidiary branches world-wide". The respective report does not further specify the extent of this recommendation.
