In Annex 58 (p. 300) of the September 2022 report, the Panel shows how Keochakrey Trading used the address of the previously de-registered Sunrise Horizon Co. Ltd. (which is mentioned among the companies in Annex 38 of the March 2020 report). Paragraph 135 states "A dissolved company’s information was used by the entity, with relevant parts of the address and the country replaced (see annex 58).
