Details of visa sponsors who have breached their sponsorship obligations since 18 March 2015.
The Australian Border Force (ABF) maintains a list of skilled foreign worker visa sponsors who have been sanctioned for non-compliance with sponsorship obligations. This includes employers who have had their sponsorship cancelled, or who have been barred from sponsoring new workers.
Note: The dataset source is subject to monthly updates. Sponsors who have been found to have breached their obligations and are subject to sanctions may not appear until updates are applied.
