UK Companies House People with Significant Control

The database of beneficial owners of companies incorporated in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

The beneficial ownership registry of the United Kingdom.

A person with significant control (PSC) is someone who owns or controls your company. They’re sometimes called ‘beneficial owners’.

This includes major shareholders (25%+) in any UK company, identified by name, date of birth and nationality. Companies House may not enforce the correct filing of PSC reports, so errors in the data must be assumed.
