The dataset is categorized into the following sections:

Child Kidnappers: Individuals and entities involved in the deportation of Ukrainian children.

Champions of Terror: Athletes whom Russia uses to propagate its agenda.

Marine and Aircraft Assets: Airports, ports, and vessels involved in the transportation of weapons, stolen Ukrainian goods, and sanctions circumvention efforts.

Vessel captains: Captains of vessels involved in sanctions circumvention efforts.

Propagandists: Individuals involved in the dissemination of Russian propaganda.

UAVs manufacturers: Companies involved in the production of unmanned aerial vehicles, which are systematically used to target Ukraine's civilian population, alongside their military applications.

Executives of War: Officials, security agencies, and defense industry representatives shaping Russia’s military-industrial policy, defense orders, and wartime economy.

Stealers of Heritage: Individuals and entities involved in the theft and destruction of Ukrainian cultural heritage.

Russian Military-industrial complex: Enterprises belonging to the three military holdings of the Russian state corporation Rostec—High-Precision Systems, United Aircraft Corporation, and United Engine Corporation—which develop and produce missiles, combat aircraft, and engines used in Russia’s war against Ukraine.

Military Component Manufacturers: Enterprises involved in the production and supply of military components and parts.

The objective of the War and Sanctions website is to raise awareness of their conduct, and advocate for sanctions against these entities to hold perpetrators accountable and deter further actions of this kind.
