Vietnam's list of terrorist organizations by the Ministry of Public Security
The Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam (Bộ Công an) maintains and publishes a list of organizations and individuals designated as terrorist or connected to terrorism and terrorism financing. Under Decree No. 122/2013/NĐ-CP (as amended by Decree No. 93/2024/NĐ-CP), implementing the 2013 Law on Counter-Terrorism (Law No. 28/2013/QH13), all organizations and individuals in Vietnam are required to freeze, seal and sequester without delay the funds and assets of the persons and entities on this list.
The list covers domestic designations issued by Vietnamese authorities. It also mirrors the designations issued by the UN Security Council (under resolutions 1267/1373/1988/1989); those UN entries are not included in this dataset.
